The AMPHOS 300 is an ultra-short pulse laser providing an output power of more than 300 Watts while operating at 1030 nm. It has a flexible pulse duration from 1 ps to 10 ps delivering a pulse energy of more than 1.000 µJ with a repetition rate of up to 40 MHz. The laser has an integrated optical isolator and an EO modulator. It is available in a module that measures 600 x 194 x 720 mm and is ideal for micromachining, laser scribing, laser dicing and glass cutting applications.
