The Monaco UV is an Industrial UV Femtosecond Laser that delivers an output power of over 25 watts at 345 nm. It is an ideal tool for high precision, ultra-low heat-affected zone (HAZ) laser processing, microelectronics production, and scientific applications. This <350 fs laser is designed and optimized to efficiently match the femtosecond ablation thresholds of materials. The matched energy in single pulse or seeder burst mode, coupled with high repetition rates, drives 24/7 high-volume manufacturing.

The Monaco UV is housed in a single box that integrates all optical elements and control electronics. This laser suitable for mobile device manufacturing, laser glass cutting, OLED display processing, wafer dicing, and thin-film cutting applications. The Monaco UV THG stage is built on the industrial Monaco IR fiber laser platform, and is designed to and tested under the Coherent leading HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening) /HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) reliability protocols.
