The SOPRANO-Mini-S from Cycle GmbH is an Erbium Femtosecond Laser that operates at a wavelength of 1560 nm. It delivers an average output power of up to 140 mW and has a wavelength accuracy of ± 10 nm. This laser has a repetition rate of 60 MHz - 110 MHz, pulse duration less than 120 fs, and pulse energy of up to 2 nJ. It has a TEM00 spatial mode, polarisation extinction ratio over 20 dB, and beam quality factor (M2) of up to 1.1.

The SOPRANO-Mini-S supports turn-key operation and has SESAM-free coating. It has a repetition rate control actuator and an optional SHG module. This polarizing maintaining fiber laser requires a DC supply voltage of 24 V and is available in a standard module that measures 119 mm (H) x 231 mm (W) x 266 mm (D). It is ideal for THz time-domain spectroscopy, free-electron laser system, seeder for Titanium: Sapphire laser amplifier, two-photon microscopy, metrology, and spectroscopy applications.
