The Atlantic UV30 is an industrial picosecond laser capable of producing 30 W of output power at 355 nm. It has a short pulse duration of 10 ps that minimizes the heat-affected zone of the processed material. The high pulse energy of 75 µJ and UV output, makes this laser suitable for tough processes, like OLED cutting, sapphire processing, ceramics micromachining. The laser has external synchronization and precise triggering with jitter of 7 ns (RMS), as well as analog AOM pulse control, which helps to change energy of pulses in real-time with immediate response. The Atlantic UV30 harmonic module optical layout was optimized for longevity and stable operation in UV range with guaranteed 8000 hours UV optics lifetime.
