The Cobolt ZydecoTM 320 from HÜBNER Photonics is a continuous wave Diode-Pumped Laser that operates at a wavelength of 320 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 20 mW and has a spectral linewidth of less than 1 MHz (FWHM). This linearly/vertically polarized laser has a beam divergence of less than 0.8 mrad (at full angle) and wavelength stability of up to 1 pm.
The Cobolt ZydecoTM 320 has a polarization ratio above 100:1 and beam symmetry greater than 0.90:1 (at aperture). It produces a beam of diameter 700 ± 50 µm (at aperture) with a power stability of 2 %. This laser has an RMS noise of 0.5 %, beam pointing stability of 5 µrad/°C, and peak-to-peak noise of 5 % (20 Hz to 20 MHz).
The Cobolt ZydecoTM 320 is a fully integrated laser device that includes all control electronics and is built using proprietary HTCureTM manufacturing technology. It requires a DC supply voltage of 15 V and consumes 6 A of current. This laser can be controlled via a USB or RS-232 interface.
The Cobolt ZydecoTM 320 is available in a compact hermetically sealed package and is ideal for stand-alone use in laboratory environments or for integration as OEM components in instruments for applications including fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, DNA sequencing, HCA, Raman spectroscopy, interferometry, holography, and particle analysis.
