The MIR-QCL- W5260 -1-DFB-010 from LD-PD Inc is a Distributed Feedback Quantum Cascade Laser (DFB QCL) Module that operates at a wavelength of 5.26 μm. It delivers an optical output power of 10 mW and has a power stability of ± 1%. This tunable continuous wave laser has a spectrum width (FWHM) of up to 1 MHz and minimum side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) of 20 dB. It has a wavelength temperature coefficient of 0.6 nm/oC and current coefficient of 0.2 nm/mA.

The MIR-QCL- W5260 -1-DFB-010 has a maximum power tuning range of 100% and an output ISO of 30 dB. It has an integrated temperature control, FPGA & lock-in amplifier and can be controlled via a BNC interface. This laser requires an AC supply voltage of 220 V and is available in a module that measures 340 (L) x 240 (W) x 100 (H) mm. It is ideal for TDLAS NO measurement systems and light sources for mid-infrared systems.
