In the field of vision inspection, Lumispot Tech has developed a small-sized structured light laser to meet customers' component development needs, which is now widely used in various component products. The Seris of multiple laser-line light source, which has 2 main models: Three laser-line illumination and multiple laser-line illuminations, it has the features of a compact design, wide temperature range for stable operation and power-adjustable, a number of grating and fan angle degree customized, while ensuring the uniformity of the output spot and avoiding the interference of sunlight on the laser effect. As a result, this type of product is mainly applied in 3D remodeling, railroad wheel pairs, track, pavement, and industrial inspection.The center wavelength of the laser is 808nm, power range of 5W-15W, with customization and multiple fan angle sets available. The heat dissipation depends on the air-cooled structure configuration, a layer of thermal conductive silicone grease is applied on the bottom of the module and the mounting surface of the body to help dissipate heat, while supporting temperature protection. The laser machine is able to work in a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 50℃, which is completely suitable for outdoor environments. To be attention, this is not an eye-safety laser wavelength, it is necessary to prevent direct eye contact with the laser output from damage.
