The AI Series from NUBURU are High-Power Blue Lasers that operate at 450 nm. They deliver an output power of up to 1500 W with a BPP of 11 mm*mrad. Based on NUBURU’s patented proprietary blue laser technology, these lasers enable defect-free and spatter-free copper welding for a large range of metal processing applications. They require an AC supply from 396-484 V and supports Ethernet interfacing.

These blue lasers are available in a rack-mount/benchtop unit that measures 641 x 671 x 1183 mm and are ideal for applications such as welding, lithium-ion battery, electronics packaging, consumer electronics, PV, automotive interconnects, Cu–Au-Al–Ni–SS and others; cladding, brazing, LMD, and additive manufacturing.
