The Optromix DSEL from Optromix are Continuous Wave Fiber Lasers that operate at wavelengths of 775 nm, 778 nm, and 780 nm. They deliver output powers of 50 mW, 100 mW, 200 mW, 500 mW, & 1000 mW and have a linewidth (FWHM) below 10 KHz. These single frequency lasers produce a beam of diameter 0.7 mm and have a beam divergence of less than 2 mrad. They have a TEM00 beam spatial mode and beam quality factor (M2) below 1.02. These lasers have a wavelength stability of up to 200 MHz and power tunability of 10% - 100%.
The Optromix DSEL have a maximum power stability of 0.2 % and pointing stability of ± 0.5 µrad/°C. They have a tuning range of ± 80 pm (thermal) & ± 15 pm (piezo) and Relative Intensity Noise (RIN) below -120 dB/Hz (at 0.3 MHz), -105 dB/Hz (at peak) & -140 dB/Hz (at 10 MHz). These computer controlled lasers require an AC supply voltage of 100 V - 240 V and consume up to 500 W of power. They have a standard umbilical cable length of 1.2 m and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) above 10000 hours.
The Optromix DSEL have an external PT driver and can be controlled via a USB connector. They are available in a compact module that measures 449 mm x 140 mm x 365 mm (electro-optical unit) and 84 mm x 42 mm x 229 mm (laser head). These lasers are ideal for optical sensing, acoustic sensing, atom cooling & trapping, atomic spectroscopy, LiDAR, interferometry, and seed laser applications.
