The DLM-6 (NIR) from Pantec Biosolutions AG is a Near-Infrared (NIR) Diode Laser that operates at a wavelength of 980 nm. It delivers a maximum output power of 6 W and has a spectral width (FWHM) below 1 nm. This linearly polarised laser produces a beam of diameter of less than 1 mm and has a maximum beam quality factor (M²) of 2. It has a pulse duration from 50 μs to CW and duty cycle of up to 100%.
