The QLD0593-3220 from QD Laser is a Visible Laser Module that operates at a wavelength of 532 nm. It delivers an output power of 20 mW and has a beam divergence (FWHM) of 5 deg (parallel) & 10 deg (perpendicular). This laser has a beam quality factor (M2) of 1.2 and polarization extinction ratio of 30 dB. It is based on the frequency doubling of NIR distributed feedback (DFB) laser. This laser has a frequency modulation of 100 MHz and thermistor resistance of 10 kohms. It requires a DC supply voltage above 1.8 V (DFB) & 2 V (SOA), consumes 120 mA (DFB) & 250 mA (SOA) of current, and dissipates 0.8 W of power. This laser is available in a compact flat package that measures 50 mm x 5.6 mm x 8 mm and is ideal for spectroscopy, fluorescence microscope, time resolved measurement, interferometry, flow cytometry & biomedical microscopy applications.
