The TEC-520-1220-30 from Sacher Lasertechnik is an External Cavity Diode Laser that operates at a wavelength of 1180 nm - 1260 nm. It delivers an output power above 30 mW (at maximum gain) and has a coarse tuning range of over 80 nm. This linearly polarized laser has an elliptical beam profile of 1:2 and a polarization ratio greater than 100:1. It has a linewidth of less than 300 kHz (at 1ms), 100 kHz (at µs) and 1 MHz (at 1s).

The TEC-520-1220-30 has a side mode suppression above 45 dB, piezo fine-tuning rate above 1.2 GHz/V, and piezo fine tuning range of over 30 GHz (120 GHz) at 27V (100V). It has a piezo bandwidth greater than 2 kHz (at 10GHz amplitude) and thermal stability of up to 100 MHz/°C. This laser is ideal for telecommunication and spectroscopy applications.
