The TSL-570 Type H from Santec Corporation are Tunable Semiconductor Lasers that operate at a wavelength of 1260 nm - 1360 nm and 1500 nm - 1630 nm. These lasers have a peak output power above 20 dBm and full tuning range of 16 dBm. They have a wavelength setting resolution of 0.1 pm and wavelength stability of up to ± 1 pm.
