The STP-40K-1x0 from Teem Photonics is a Picosecond Nd:YAG Laser that operates at a wavelength of 1064 nm. It delivers a peak power of greater than 30 kW and pulse width below 0.3 ns & 0.4 ns. This laser has a maximum repetition rate of 500 Hz and an output energy of 12 µJ. It has a TEM00 mode with a beam quality factor below 1.3. This linearly polarised laser has a power stability of less than ± 1% (10 minutes) & ± 3% (6 hours) and polarisation extinction ratio (PER) above 20 dB.

The STP-40K-1x0 has a full angle beam divergence of 15 ± 2 mrad (horizontal & vertical) and beam ellipticity below 1.1. It has a pulse control delay (PCD) of less than 160 µs and maximum jitter of 1.5 µs. This laser is CDRH & RoHS compliant and consumes 40 W of power. It is available in a module that measures 144 mm x 42 mm x 36 mm and is ideal for brain nanosurgery, micro-dissection of cells, protein cross-linking, differential absorption LiDAR, supercontinuum generation, distributed temperature sensing & Raman spectroscopy applications.
