The SFH 4235 from Osram is a half angle ±60° High Power Infrared Emitter that operates at 860 nm. The LED has a radiant flux of up to 950 mW and a high efficiency. It is available in a platinum dragon package and is ideal for surveillance systems, machine vision systems and infrared illumination for cameras. The product is based on the guidelines of AEC-Q101-REV-C, Stress Test Qualification for Automotive Grade Discrete Semiconductors.
