The M405L3 from Thorlabs is a Fiber-Coupled UV LED with a wavelength of 405 nm. It delivers an output power of more than 870 mW and needs to be supplied with a constant current of below 1000 mA. This LED is mounted to the end of a heat sink and the output is compatible with SMA fiber connectors. It has an emitter size of 1 x 1mm and has a lifespan of over 100000 hours.
