The FC1500-ULNnova from Menlo Systems is an Optical Frequency Comb that operates at a wavelength of 500 nm - 2 µm. This OFC delivers an average output power above 10 mW (from each laser port) and optional powers of 100 mW (M-VIS) & 200 mW (M-NIR). It has a comb spacing of 250 MHz and tuning range above 4 MHz. This OFC has a Carrier-Envelope Offset frequency tuning range greater than 250 MHz and linewidth of less than 1 Hz. It has an accuracy of 1 x 10-17 (over 100 s) or 1 x 10-14 (over 1000 s).

The FC1500-ULNnova has an integrated phase noise of less than 100 mrad (at 100 Hz - 2 MHz) and bandwidth above 1 MHz. It has a spectral range above 25 nm (500-1050 nm with M-VIS, 1050-2100 nm with M-NIR). This OFC has a fully automated turnkey metrology system that includes data evaluation software and is designed for continuous operation. It has a stability of 1 x 10-16 & less than 5 x 10-13 (in 1 s) and 1 x 10-18 in 1000 s (in 1 s).

The FC1500-ULNnova requires an AC supply voltage of 100/115/230 V and consumes less than 500 W or 3kW of power. It has a closed-cycle chiller and is available in a module that measures 706 x 716 mm. This OFC is ideal for FTIR spectroscopy, calibration of lasers, high-precision CW laser stabilization, transfer of CW laser stability to full comb spectrum, cold atoms & ions, high-resolution spectroscopy, and low-noise microwave generation applications.
