The AT-LNA-0020-2803X from AT Microwave is a broadband optical modulator driver amplifier that operates from 50 kHz to 20 GHz. It provides an output power of 15 dBm with a gain of 28 dB and noise figure of 3 dB. It provides an output voltage of 4.48 Vpp. The amplifier requires an 8 V supply voltage and draws 160 mA of current. It is available in a module with SMA - Female connectors. The amplifier has a high gain, high linearity, low input/output return loss and flat gain response. It can be used as a driver for optical modulator applications and also as a general purpose power or low noise amplifier.
