The ISC1202 SWIR from Teledyne FLIR is an InGaAs SWIR Sensor that has a spectral range of 0.9 µm - 1.7 µm. It has a pixel pitch of 15 µm and quantum efficiency above 65 % (at 1 µm - 1.5 µm). This SWIR sensor has a resolution of 640 (H) x 512 (V) pixels and an active area of 9.6 mm x 7.68 mm. It has a noise equivalent irradiance (NEI) of 1.64 x 109 (industrial) with an integration time of 33 ms. This SWIR sensor has operability greater than 99.5 % and an optical fill factor of 100 %. It has an exposure time of 1 µs - full frame with a maximum refresh rate of 240 Hz (full frame).

The ISC1202 SWIR has read out integrated circuit (ROIC) noise of up to 35 e- with on-chip correlated double sampling (CDS) for noise reduction. It has 3 gain-state operating modes with FLIR standard FPA/ROIC controls. This SWIR sensor requires a DC supply voltage of 4.9 V - 5.5 V and has built-in ESD protection. It is available in a 36-pin hermetically sealed package that measures 27.8 mm x 25.4 mm x 9.42 mm with a thermoelectric cooler for temperature stabilization. This SWIR sensor is ideal for hyperspectral instrumentation, silicon inspection, electro-optical payloads, art restoration, portable systems, and counterfeit detection applications.
