The TCD2566BFG from Toshiba Corporation is a CCD Linear Image Sensor that has a pixel pitch of 5.25 µm. It has a pixel size height of 6.825 µm (color) & 8.4 µm (B/W) and resolution of 600 dots per inch (DPI). This CCD image sensor uses 5340 pixels in each line with 4 sensing lines. It has a sensitivity of 59.4 V/lxs (B/W), 26.2 V/lxs (red), 35.3 V/lxs (green), and 19.9 V/lxs (blue). This CCD image sensor has a maximum data rate of 70 MHz (B/W) and 35 MHz (color).      

The TCD2566BFG has a high-sensitive, low dark current PN photodiode and supports TDI (time delay integration) operation. It includes red, green & blue color filters and has both color & black-and-white (B/W) versions. This CCD image sensor requires a DC supply voltage of 10 V and is available in a 22-pin ceramic leadless chip carrier (CLCC) package. It is ideal for color scanners & laser printer applications.
