The ATLEX LR from ATL Lasertechnik is a Pulsed Laser that operates at 193 nm. This laser has a pulse energy of 10 to 12mJ and a pulse duration of 5ns. It consists of an integrated vacuum pump & halogen filter with a laser head. The pulsed laser is manufactured through ATL’s Excimer technology and is available in a compact air-cooled TMC (Total-Metal-Ceramic) vessel measuring 540 x 470 x 370 mm with RS-485, RS232, USB, and fiber optic interface for system integration. This laser is suitable for low duty cycle applications.
