The MLRL from BKtel Photonics is a Modulated Laser that operates at a center wavelength 1540 nm - 1560 nm. It delivers an average output power of 2 W and has a peak power of 150 W. This linearly polarised laser has a pulse width of 50 ns - 300 ns and repetition rate of 20 kHz - 500 kHz. It has a wavelength drift of 0.1 pm/°C and supports an output fiber with a length of 30 cm. This laser is compatible with SC/APC or FC/APC connectors and can be controlled via an RS-232 interface. It requires a DC supply voltage of 24 V and consumes 150 W of power. This laser is available in a module that measures 200 mm x 200 mm x 50 mm and is ideal for wind measurement, pollution detection, long range finding, coherent detection, LiDAR, differential absorption LiDAR (DIAL) & pulse shaping modulation applications.
