It delivers an output power of 28 dBm with a conversion efficiency of 43.5% and has a slope efficiency of 2.3 W/A. This laser diode has a spectral width of 5 nm (FWHM) and a threshold current of 0.7 A. It is ideal for amplifier pumping, laser pumping, graphic arts/printing, direct diode lasers, material processing, photovoltaics, medical and dental applications. |

| The 13LT Series from Schäfter + Kirchhoff GmbH are Semi Telecentric Laser Micro Line Generators with output wavelength from 405-940 nm. They provide an output power of up to 67 mW. These lasers produce semi-telecentric laser lines that are 15 mm in length and have a constant line width of over 12 µm. The laser line produced is a Gaussian intensity distribution clipped by an aperture with an edge intensity of 80%. |
