It provides a laser energy of over 2 mJ with a pulse width of 6 ns and a pulse repetition rate of 1-2 Hz. This laser produces a beam of diameter 0.8 mm with a beam divergence of over 4.2 mrad and an M² factor of up to 1.7. It has an integrated photodiode and 2.4 W conductive cooling. |

It provides 50 to 750 mW of power in TEM00 spatial mode with power stability of better than 1% (RMS)². This vertically polarized laser produces a beam of diameter 1.7 mm with a divergence of up to 0.4 mrad and pointing stability of 2 urad/°C. It has an M² factor of less than 1.1 and requires a warmup time of less than 30 minutes. |

It has a peak responsivity of 1.05 A/W at 1550 nm and a rise time of 17 ns with a bandwidth of 20 MHz. This photodiode has a breakdown voltage over 10 V with a capacitance of 77-530 pF and a dark current of 5 nA. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 10 mA of current. This photodiode has an active diameter of 3 mm and an active area of 7 mm². |
