This single spatial mode laser diode delivers an optical output power of up to 300 mW and has a slope efficiency of 0.9 W/A. It has a vertical beam divergence angle (FWHM) of 28 degrees and a lateral beam divergence angle (FWHM) of 8 degrees. The laser has a forward voltage of 1.7 to 2.2 V and a threshold current of 38 to 55 mA. |

This laser diode has a beam divergence of 8° (parallel) and 22° (perpendicular). It has a modulation frequency of 100 MHz and TE polarization of 100:1 with a threshold current of up to 50 mA. It is available in a TO56 package with a photodiode. |
