| The BF-940-0200-XXX from Sheaumann is a CW Fabry Perot (FP) Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 940 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 200 mW with a slope efficiency of 0.7 W/A. This single spatial mode laser diode has a forward voltage of 2.1 to 2.5 V and a threshold current of 35 to 50 mA. It is electrically isolated and has an internal TEC, thermistor and PD. This laser diode is available in a hermetically sealed 14 Pin Butterfly package with an FC/APC connector. |

This image sensor has a 1/3" optical format and a 5:2 aspect ratio with a wake time better than 10 s. It has a dynamic range of 64 dB and an SNR of 38 dB (max.) with a readout noise of 4 e-. This image sensor has a saturation capacity of 6000 e- and QE of over 55%. |

It has a peak sensitivity wavelength ranging from 4.3 to 4.5 µm and provides a responsivity from 1.65 x 10^4 to 2.5 x 10^4 V/W. This photodiode has an active element area of 36 mm² and a minimum specific detectivity of 1.5 x 10^10 cm HZ^½W^-1. It has a resistance of 1-15 MO and a time constant of 12-25 µs. |
