The M5-915-0500-0 from Sheaumann Laser is a Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 915 nm. It delivers a continuous-wave output power of 500 mW and has a slope efficiency of 1 W/A. This multimode laser diode has a beam divergence of 30 degrees (vertical far-field) & 8 degrees (horizontal far-field) at FWHM.
