| The ISV940L-004 from ISOCOM Limited is a VCSEL Laser Diode that has a peak wavelength of 860 nm. It delivers a continuous wave optical output power of 4 mW - 7 W and has a slope efficiency of 0.8 mW/mA. This laser diode has a spectral bandwidth of 0.25 nm RMS and beam divergence of 16°. It has a pulse width of less than 10 ns, duty cycle of up to 1 % and is ideal for gesture recognition, LiDAR, and 3D IR imaging or camera applications. |
