| The ML562G85 from Mitsubishi Electric is a Red Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 639 nm. It produces a CW output power of 2.1 W and luminosity of 250 lumens with an efficiency of 41%. This lateral multi-mode laser diode operates at high temperatures of up to 45 degrees Celsius using original high-power technology and an optimized epitaxial structure. It is ideal for large-venue laser-based projectors that require high brightness. |
