| The OID7 from Optoi is a Silicon Photodiode Array Chip that has a spectral range of 600 nm - 1050 nm. It has a responsivity of 0.65 A/W and peak wavelength of 950 nm. This photodiode array consists of 6 photodiodes arranged in a single package with an active area of 2.75 mm2 and a rise/fall time of 40 ns. It is ideal for incremental rotative encoders, incremental linear encoders, and general-purpose applications. |
