| The SPS-100 from Miftek is a Single Photon Spectrometer that operates at a wavelength of 200 nm - 900 nm. It has a spectral resolution of 1 nm (FWHM) and a groove density of 1,200 grooves/mm. This spectrometer has a wavelength resolution of 0.1 nm step and fast scanning speed of 500 nm/s. It has concave holographic blazed grating with low stray light and an FC fiber coupling at the entrance & exit. |
