| The QSOA-371 from QPhotonics is a Semiconductor Optical Amplifier (SOA) that operates at a wavelength of 840 nm. It has a tuning range of up to 60 nm and operates in two modes: SLD mode (angled fiber cleave) & laser mode (normal fiber cleave). The SLD-mode SOA delivers an output power of 1 mW and has a spectral width of 50 nm. This SOA has a forward current of 65 mA and residual spectral modulation of 3 %. |

This spectrometer has a 10 µm input slit and relative aperture of 1:13. |
