This horizontally polarized laser exhibits a pulse width of 190 ns, provides beam pointing stability of less than 25 µrad, and has a divergence of under 10 mrad. The pump chamber design increases the system’s overall efficiency and supports the RS-232 interface. |

| The LC-LMD-650-12 from Laser Components is a Coaxially Aligned Laser Module that operates at 655 nm and provides a peak output power of up to 5 mW. The device requires a supply voltage of 2.8 to 3.3 V and consumes up to 40 mA of current. It has a divergence angle of 1.2 mrad and has an APC (auto power control) IC inside it. While the housing and the beam axis of standard products often differ by several degrees, the maximum angular error of the new LC-LMD-650-12 modules is ± 0.05°. |

It has a forward voltage of 2 V, a reverse voltage of 5 V and has a continuous forward current of 500 mA with a peak forward current of up to 1.5 A. |
