| The Ytterbius-1100 from Tekhnoscan is a Tunable Femto-Picosecond Yb-doped Fiber Laser that operates from 1060 to 1115 nm. It delivers an average output power of up to 70 mW with a pulse duration of 400 fs/10 ps, and a pulse repetition frequency from 5-10 MHz. This laser can combine femto/pico-second pulses with the output central wavelength tuneable within a 55-nm wide spectral range from 1060 to 1115 nm. |

Using a cooled back-illuminated sensor, it offers ultra-high sensitivity from 350 nm to 1100 nm with a peak QE of 95% at 600 nm. Designed with a scientific grade 16-bit A/D converter, it has a resolution of 128 x 128 pixels with 24 µm square pixels and provides a standard CameraLink output. |

| Leading Japanese lighting solutions experts, Ushio Inc. has announced two new red laser diodes, HL67191MG and HL67192MG, for operation at the 670 nm wavelength. Providing an optical output power of 15 mW (CW) and 30 mW (pulsed), these single-mode LDs deliver high-temperature performance (up to 70°C) within a compact package. Both LDs achieve a low operating current of 30 mA at 25°C (15 mW in CW operation) and feature built-in monitoring photodiodes. |

| Jenoptik Successfully Completes TRIOPTICS Acquisition |

| JENOPTIK AG has successfully completed the acquisition of the first tranche of 75 percent of the Hamburg-based optics specialist TRIOPTICS, which had been anticipated for the third quarter. All conditions precedent relating to the transaction have been fulfilled and all necessary official approvals for the takeover have been obtained. Jenoptik will take over the remaining 25 percent of shares from the owners after fulfilling defined success criteria on December 31, 2021. |
