| The QE25SP-S-MT-D0 from Gentec-EO is a Pyroelectric Optical Detector that can measure up to 3 J of laser energy. It has a spectral range from 0.193-20 µm and an energy sensitivity of 20 V/J. It has noise equivalent energy of 2 µJ, a rise time of 20 µs, and a maximum pulse width of 10 µs. This optical detector has a threshold power of 5 W at a power density of 10 W/sq.cm. It is available in a package that measures 50 x 50 x 14 mm and has an MT-type absorber. |
