The mini DFB series from TOPTICA EAGLEYARD is a Single Frequency Distributed Feedback (DFB) Laser Diode that operates at a center wavelength of 1064 nm. It delivers an output power of 500 mW and has a linewidth (FWHM) of 2 MHz. This laser diode has a pulse width of 10 ns and repetition rate of 200 kHz. It operates in both continuous wave and pulse modes. This laser diode has a monitor detector responsivity of 1 μA/mW - 30 μA/mW and slope efficiency of 0.4 W/A.

The mini DFB series has a sidemode suppression ratio (SMSR) above 25 dB and duty cycle of 0.2%. It has a temperature coefficient of wavelength of 0.06 nm/K and current coefficient of wavelength of 0.003 nm/mA. This laser diode has a pulse to pulse stability of 3% and wavelength chirp of less than 200 pm. It has a monitor diode, thermoelectric cooler, and thermistor with an integrated μ-isolator and Angled Physical Contact (APC).

The mini DFB series is RoHS compliant and has a thermistor resistance of 10 KOhms. It has a maximum laser current of 170 mA and threshold current of 70 mA. This laser diode supports 900/125/5.5 μm, UV/Polyester-elastomer coating polarization maintaining fiber and has FC/APC connectors. It is available in a hermetically sealed 14-Pin butterfly package that measures 51 mm x 26 mm x 15.2 mm and is ideal for spectroscopy, metrology, sensing & seed laser applications.
