| The ATLAS Series from Thales Group are Flash Pump Solid State Green Lasers that operate at a wavelength of 527 nm. They produce an energy per pulse of up to 100 J with a stability of 1.5% and have a pulse duration of 40 ns (FWHM). These linearly polarised lasers have a beam diameter of 41 mm and beam pointing stability of up to 60 µrad. They are ideal for PW and multi PW systems, laser shock peening, and plasma physics applications. |

It has an active element area of 4 sq. mm and a detectivity of 2 x 10^10 cm-sqrt.Hz/W. The photodiode has a peak sensitivity wavelength of 3.8 µm and provides a responsivity of 1.5 x 10^4 V/W. It has a resistance of 0.7-2.5 MO and provides high signal-to-noise performance for a wide dynamic range. |

| The C30645L-080 from Excelitas Technologies is an InGaAs Avalanche Photodiode that operates from 1000 to 1700 nm. It has a breakdown voltage from 45 to 70 V and provides a responsivity of 9.4 A/W. The avalanche diode has a quantum efficiency of 75% and a rise/fall time of 0.3 ns. It has a forward current of 5 mA, a reverse current of 0.4 mA, and power dissipation of 20 mW. The C30645L-080 provides high responsivity and quantum efficiency at low dark current and noise. |
