| The ISOCELL GM2 from Samsung Semiconductors is a 48 MP CMOS Image Sensor that is designed for smartphones or mobile cameras. It has an electronics rolling/global reset shutter and 10-bit ADC in a 1/2” optical format that delivers a data rate of up to 10 fps at full resolution, 30 fps at 12 MP, and a video frame rate of up to 240 fps at FHD. It has a Tetrapixel RGB Bayer Pattern color filter and a 32x analog gain. This image sensor requires a DC supply of 1.05-2.8 V. |
