| The PS612 from Thorlabs Inc is an uncoated Fused Silica Right-Angle Prism that has high transmission in the deep UV region with a coating wavelength of 185 nm - 2.1 µm. As compared to other right-angle prism variants, this model has a lower index of refraction. This prism has an angle tolerance of ±3 arcmin, dimensional tolerance of ±0.2 mm, and Surface Flatness of lambda/10 at 633 nm. It exhibits virtually no laser-induced fluorescence (as measured at 193 nm). |
