| The BFS-VRM 03 LP from PicoLAS GmbH is a Laser Diode Driver that delivers an output current of 0 - 3 A (pulse) or 0.5 A (CW). It has a current noise of 3 % and an overshoot of 5 %. This laser diode driver has analog modulation of up to 25 MHz and a full-scale current settling time of less than 15 ns. It requires a current setting input of 0 - 1000 mV and is ideal for DVD-Disk mastering, seed, and printing applications. |
