| InGaAs PIN Photodiodes from 1250 nm to 1650 nm | |

| The MMPPD Series from Ascentta are InGaAs PIN photodiodes that operate at a wavelength of 1250 nm - 1650 nm. They have a minimum responsivity of 0.85 A/W (at 1550 nm) and 0.8 A/W (at 1310 nm). These multimode photodiodes have a bandwidth of 0.5 GHz and require an input optical power of 5 mW. They have a maximum capacitance of 6 pF at a frequency of 1 MHz and a minimum return loss of 30 dB (at 1550 nm). |
