| EXFO Inc. has announced the completion of its acquisition of InOpticals Inc., a technology leader offering ultra-high-speed test instruments for the laboratory and manufacturing markets. InOpticals, based in Taiwan, supplies sampling oscilloscopes, bit-error rate testers (BERTs) and other critical test instruments to optical component and network equipment manufacturers. |

| SPIE to Host Early 2021 Events Virtually |

| SPIE Photonics West, which normally convenes in San Francisco, will be held as an interactive, virtual conference from 6-11 March 2021. North America's largest optics and photonics technology event — with its popular BiOS, LASE, and OPTO conferences — held by SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, also includes two digital exhibitions and the industry-focused Quantum West. Registration for SPIE Photonics West will open 5 January. |
