| The CiCi-Raman-NIR Spectrometer from HORIBA is a NIR Raman Spectrometer that operates from 785 to 1060 nm. It has a focal length of 140 mm and a spectral resolution of 0.6 nm (785 to 965 nm) and 1.5 nm (965 to 1060 nm). The spectrometer consists of an aberration-corrected concave holographic grating configured with Horiba Scientific's Syncerity TE-cooled CCD camera. |
