The TBE6X20 from Teradian is an Asymmetric Bidirectional Fiber Optic Transceiver that operates at a wavelength of 1310 nm. It has a transmit data rate of 155 Mbps and link distance of up to 40 km. This fiber optic transceiver is compatible with SC, FC or ST connectors and supports single-mode fiber. It has a 1 x 9 pin-out configuration and uses fabry-perot laser diode as the optical source.
