The PLPT5 447KA from OSRAM is a Blue Laser Diode that operates from 440 to 460 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 1.6 W and is an efficient radiation source for CW and pulsed mode operations. This multi-mode semiconductor laser diode has a forward voltage of 4.9 V and a threshold current of up to 0.19 A. It is available in a miniaturized TO-56 package and is ideal for projection home LED & laser, professional LED & laser, electronic equipment, and stage lighting applications.
