It delivers an output power of 240 W and has a spectral width (FWHM) of 0.4 nm. This fiber-coupled laser diode has a fiber length of 2 m, core diameter of 200 μm, and cladding diameter of 220 μm. It has an active bend radius above 35 mm and a numerical aperture of 0.22. This laser diode has a back reflection isolation (1030 nm - 1200 nm) of 20 dB and wall plug efficiency of 52%.
