The CAC940K004 from Vertilite is a Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser (VCSEL) Diode that operates at a wavelength of 940 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 8 W and has a spectral width (RMS) of 1 nm. This laser diode has a power conversion efficiency of 48% and slope efficiency of 2.7 W/A.
