The 8.31 µm TO3 from Adtech Optics is an LWIR Distributed Feedback (DFB) Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 8.31 µm. It delivers a maximum output power of 92.4 mW and has a beam divergence of 60 deg (fast axis) & 40 deg (slow axis). This pulsed laser diode has a laser efficiency of 0.2%, temperature tuning range of 0.61 nm/K, and current tuning range of 3.4 nm/K.
