The ADL-52101SA4 from Arima Lasers is an APC Visible Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 520 nm. It provides an optical output power of 10 mW and has a divergence angle of 7 degrees (parallel) & 23 degrees (perpendicular). This laser diode has an emission point accuracy of up to ±80 µm and up to 10% power stability. It requires a DC supply of 6-7 V and consumes 70 mA of current. This laser diode is available in a TO-can package that measures Ø3.3 mm and is ideal for laser level, illumination, meter, scanner, detector, point light, sweeper, game lighting and special wavelength light source applications.
