The RLD90QZW3 from ROHM Semiconductor is an Invisible Pulsed Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 905 nm. It delivers a peak pulsed output power of 75 W with a pulse width of 50 ns. This laser diode has a beam divergence of 10 degrees (parallel) and 25 degrees (perpendicular) with an emission point accuracy of ±150 μm. It has an aperture of size 225 x 10 μm. This laser diode requires a DC supply of 16 V and has a threshold current of 0.9 A. It is available in a Ø5.6 mm TO-Can package and is ideal for TOF sensor, range finders, automatic guided vehicles (AGVs) and security applications.
